Inside Sales Representative

Company Overview

We serve customers across industries such as aerospace, energy, OEM manufacturing, and defense/Navy applications, delivering precision, reliability, and technical expertise.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and grow customer relationships. This role is responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and serving as a key point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate has experience in industrial or manufacturing sales, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a technical, fast-paced environment. While experience in the foundry industry would be a plus, training is available for a promising candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and RFQs for centrifugally cast products
  • Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and lead-time estimates in coordination with production
  • Manage customer accounts, including order entry, follow-up, and ongoing communication
  • Maintain customer records, files, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Provide basic technical information and product guidance to customers
  • Understanding of fractions/decimals for casting measurements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, foundry, or industrial products
  • Knowledge of metal casting, centrifugal casting, or machined components is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and specifications (preferred)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to be a successful candidate
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Delta Centrifugal® is seeking full-time CNC and Manual Machinists. The machinist will set up and operate machines — including 4-Axis CNC Lathes and CNC Mills — to produce precision parts, consistently holding +/- .001 tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, and manual machines
  • Hold tight tolerances of +/- .001 consistently
  • Perform shop mathematics and use measuring equipment including micrometers and calipers
  • Interpret part drawings using geometric tolerances
  • Edit machine codes as needed
  • Calculate surface footage and feeds for all material grades using tool geometry and depth of cut limits
  • Execute layout and machining procedures

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with CNC or manual machines is a plus
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Ability to read and interpret technical part drawings with geometric tolerances
