Quality Assurance
Delta Centrifugal® Quality Policy
To provide the highest quality centrifugal castings and finish machined products that are safe, reliable and meet or exceed our customers’ requirements in an environment that promotes continual improvement.
Impact Testing
Delta is capable of performing charpy v-notch impact testing to -50F in house.
Hardness
When required Brinell and/or Rockwell C hardness testing is performed on machined parts.
Tensile
Delta is equipped to perform room temperature tensile testing.
Chemistry
Chemical analysis is performed in house using an optical emissions spectrometer.
NDT
We have 3 Level II PT certified NDT inspectors and are capable of performing both visible and fluorescent dye penetrant.
Dimensional Inspection
We have over 1000 calibrated inspection measurement tools to verify dimensional compliance as specified. All machined parts are 100% inspected and are provided with a dimensional verification sheet.
